Nice shot! Those cameras have great lenses, and an amazing auto-exposure system, even though it's just an old selenium cell, not even through the lens.

Without the battery, the camera only shoots at a single, default shutter speed. I don't know what this is off-hand. I just removed the battery from mine to test the bulb setting, and it did not work.

Just FYI - I don't use the bulb setting, I just use the auto exposure setting. I think the limit is 30 seconds. &lt;a href="http://www.darrylasher.com/gallery-night-shots/index.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;My night shots&lt;/a&gt; were all taken on auto, and the shutter speeds are usually at least 15 seconds.
